Elysian Spectrum provides a suite of premium telecommunications products including, but not limited to, fiber-optic broadband internet, digital television broadcasting, VoIP home phone systems, and integrated smart home security solutions. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue features of these services to maintain our standard of excellence in the New York market.
To access specific cloud-based platforms, you may be required to create a secure account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Elysian Spectrum shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service throttles or temporary suspension. All rates are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days' notice provided via your registered email address.
The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, and all other elements of the services provided by Elysian Spectrum are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, and patent laws. No portion of our proprietary technology or branding may be reproduced without explicit written consent.
In no event shall Elysian Spectrum or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
